Museum Framing is Offering Superb Framing Ideas For the Holidays

Museum Framing has some great framing ideas for any budgets, but assured of fine 100% Museum Grade framing.  Some of the ideas include ready made frames, easel back frames and diploma frames complete with the highest quality framing, matting and UV glass.

We firmly believe that one can offer to preserve family heirlooms and sentimental photographs with a modest budget.  Why?  Because I truly believe if you or a loved one want to frames something important, you would obviously want it preserved.

For example, to frame a 8″ x 10″ photograph, with 100% Museum Quality Cotton Rag matting (1″ to 1 1/2″ width),  backing and 99% UV filtering glass in a very attractive solid wood frame, the price would be $65.  The frame would be sealed with archival dust cover.   By the way, this would exceed “acid free” materials that would be available elsewhere.

As a long time collector and dealer of historical manuscripts, antique prints and maps (35+ years), and an officer with the Washington Conservation Guild, Rick Badwey is aware of the materials and techniques needed to preserve one’s important treasures.
