Our complete museum frames are professionally handcrafted in the USA by our own team of experienced framers. These frames are great for diplomas, photographs, historical documents, and other items worth protecting.
All of our frames are complete and contain the following:
- Solid wood with high quality finishes
- 98% UV filtering conservation graded glass or acrylic recommended by the International Organization for Standardization.
- Double 100% preservation grade cotton rag matting. NOT cheap, chemically treated, wood pulp mats that other frame shops offer.
- Two layered archival backing including 100% cotton rag
- Plus our own patent pending frame backing system used to insulate the interior.
We carry Forest Stewardship Council Products (FSC) products and framing materials that EXCEED Library of Congress rigorous standards of preservation.
